Senior Vice President of Sales

About the rule

For our growing commercial team, we're looking for a Sales director, with vast experience and a proven record in the telco industry.

Responsibilities

*       Manage and lead the sales team effectively while developing strategic plans to meet sales targets and grow our customer base.

*       Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships

*       Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives

*       Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations

*       Analyze customer segmentation and competitor activity, to determine target customer and sales planning per locations

Requirements

*       Proven sales experience in the telco industry of French Speaking Africa for the past 5 years

*       At least 3 years of experience as a senior manager of global sales and marketing, working with military customers – Mandatory.

*       Good technical background

*       Ability to communicate, present, and influence all levels of the organization, including C-level

*       Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close

*       Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of services

*       Fluent English
