We are looking for a Customer Service & Compliance Specialist to join our Customer Experience team.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service within the department. People person.
• Oversee money laundering risks and ensure operational compliance through internal enforcement and interaction with partners.
• Continuously manage and document responses to payout partners requests and internal compliance.
• Report to the VP success and compliance forum
• Cross-departmental collaboration.
• Extract insights from available data towards improving processes and reporting
• Full-time position, working Sunday to Thursday from 09:00 to 18:00 from our office at TLV

We’re looking for:

• Team player. Rock star without the ego. Fast learner who works hard and gets S*** done.
• 1-3 years experience in compliance/ Regulation, etc. from a bank or financial institution (insurance, cards company or lender)
• 1-2 years of experience in customer experience roles
• BA or equivalent minimum
• Strong service orientation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High level of English is a must! (both verbal and written).
• Proficiency in finance and technology is an advantage
• Proficient in office software.
• Independent and highly organized with a scale minded approach.
