What will you do in SuperPlay?:

• Lead end-to-end hiring efforts across various departments.
• Conduct comprehensive HR interviews.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify hiring needs, strategize recruitment plans, and ensure successful outcomes.
• Source top-tier candidates creatively through multiple channels and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
• Ensure an outstanding candidate experience from initial contact to final decision in our recruitment process.
• Contribute actively to the enhancement of our talent and hiring processes.

• Experience in a gaming start-up
  
  

• 3+ years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition from a recruitment agency or a start-up company
• Proven experience in leading recruiting processes from A to Z, including: sourcing, positions' kick off, scheduling, HR interviews, offers and negotiations.
• Great communication skills; proven ability to effectively collaborate with senior business leaders and other team members
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Hebrew
• Experience in keeping track of processes while backing up decisions with relevant data
