inabit is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to
join our Business Development team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in generating new
business opportunities. As an SDR, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential
clients, establishing initial contact, and nurturing leads to create a robust sales pipeline for our Business development directors.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting and Lead Generation:
- Conduct thorough research to identify and target potential clients.
- Utilize various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, and social selling, to generate high-quality leads.
- Collaborate with marketing to leverage inbound leads and ensure a consistent flow of opportunities.
Qualification and Opportunity Creation:
- Engage with decision-makers and key stakeholders to understand their business needs and challenges.
- Qualify leads based on established criteria and pass on well-qualified opportunities to the business development team.
- Work closely with the business development team to develop a deep understanding of our solutions and effectively communicate value propositions to prospects.
Sales Outreach and Communication:
- Craft compelling and personalized messages to initiate conversations with prospects.
- Conduct effective discovery calls to uncover pain points and assess potential fit for inabit’s solutions.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of interactions in the CRM system.
- Representing the company and educating prospects at trade shows, conferences, and private events. Some travel will be required.
Collaboration and Teamwork:
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Support teams to ensure a seamless transition of qualified leads and provide valuable insights from prospect interactions.
- Participate in regular sales meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
Requirements:
- Prior BDR/SDR experience within the technology sector, ideally software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English, with the ability to engage and build rapport with C-level executives.
- Goal-oriented mindset and a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Experience building a pipeline by qualifying leads and developing opportunities.
- The initiative to seek out new ways of finding opportunities i.e. LinkedIn, Zoominfo and others.
- Ability to easily understand and pitch new products and technology, focusing on value prop.
- Natural curiosity and an eagerness to learn.
- The ability to quickly adapt to change in a fast-paced environment.
- Unafraid to fail and quickly owns up to it.
- We’d love for you to have financial services, fintech, blockchain or crypto industry experience if possible.
