Sales Development Representative

As a Sales Development Representative you will work as part of a team to identify and qualify potential customers for the sales team. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be comfortable making cold calls, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research potential customers and industries to identify potential leads
• Contact potential customers via phone, email, and social media to introduce them to the company and its products/services
• Qualify leads by asking questions and gathering information to determine their level of interest and needs
• Schedule appointments and calls for the Account Executives.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions in the company's CRM system

Qualifications:

• Comfortable making cold calls and reaching out to potential customers via phone, email, and social media
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks at once
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot
• 1 year of SaaS SDR experience
