What will you do?

• Gain deep understanding of the company’s business and technical/technological operations to be able to correctly translate it to supporting quality assurance processes and methodologies
• Define and own all quality assurance aspects in the SDLC from tests planning to execution and reports
• Continuously improve the organization processes, take meaningful part in KPIs definition and monitoring
• Challenge the requirements and the solution, based on its business/ technical/architectural aspects, raise meaningful issues, and proactively provide recommendations
• Work closely with the technical and business stakeholders
  
  

• 6+ years experience in manual QA testing of distributed and heavy processing systems
• Passion for quality and ability to convey this passion to the organization with customer-focused attitude and approach
• Deep understanding of QA methodologies over full SDLC in agile/scrum working env.
• Experience with manual tests design and implementation of complex systems/ projects.
• Hands-on experience with testing WEB and Mobile platforms
• Hands-on experience in API , Performance and UX testing
• Hands-on experience with test management tools like Zephyr, TF.
• Experience working with databases, and writing SQL queries for data validation.
• Extensive knowledge and experience with TDD
• Fintech background - advantage.
• Certification from ISTQB is a strong plus
