RadView is a dynamic and innovative tech company specializing in Performance Testing Solutions for enterprises. We are expanding our sales team and seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) based in Raanana, Israel. This role is pivotal in our growth in the US and European markets.
Job Description
As an SDR at RadView, you will be the driving force behind our sales pipeline development. Your primary role will be to:
- Lead Management: Proactively follow up on inbound leads, schedule discovery calls, and effectively increase the conversion rate from lead to qualified lead.
- Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Utilize ABM strategies to engage with companies, understand their needs, and schedule discovery calls with our sales team.
Responsibilities
- Engage with potential clients through various channels, ensuring a high level of responsiveness and professionalism.
- Analyze and qualify inbound leads to identify high-potential prospects.
- Implement ABM strategies tailored to specific target accounts.
- Schedule and coordinate discovery calls between potential clients and our sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and lead status in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine lead-generation strategies.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Experience in lead follow-up, sales, or a related field.
- Experienced with ABM strategies and B2B sales processes.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Resilient and persistent, with a positive attitude.
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tools and strategies.
- Familiar with CRM software and sales tools
