About the Role:

As a Global Talent Acquisition professional, you will collaborate with key stakeholders to identify top talent for our rapidly expanding organization. As a full-cycle recruiter, you will source talent creatively and effectively, always considering the candidate's experience from the first HR interview to reference checks and job offers.

You will join an exceptional HR team, working alongside some of the most talented hiring managers in a super successful organization. Besides offering a fresh perspective, you will also be able to maintain our strong, globally consistent company culture.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout our full-cycle recruitment process.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external interfaces around the globe.
• Recruit and network with potential candidates using social media platforms, networking events, and other methods.
• Establish a pipeline of diverse and qualified candidates to support the organization's goals.
• Keep the pipeline full of great, relevant candidates
• Conducting HR interviews
• Think of your data analysis as a process of 'keep learning and improving'
• Responsible for initiating and managing recruitment and HR projects
• Hack everything—propose and lead initiatives!

Requirements:

• A passion for recruitment
• A minimum of four years of experience recruiting various tech positions (RND & GTM)
• At least two years of global recruiting experience, primarily in sales and marketing
• Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment
• Conducting HR interviews (OR relevant military service background)
• A strong understanding of social media tools and experience with sourcing is required
• Ability to source passive talent using recruiting tools
• Working experience with Excel and data analytics tools
• Experience with Employer Brand / Candidate Marketing - Huge advantage
• Relationship-building skills with stakeholders and candidates
