Sygnia is looking for a Customer Success Manager to lead the implementation and deployment of MXDR solutions with clients worldwide, while considering clients' timelines and budgets. This role demands a blend of cybersecurity proficiency, great client-facing skills, and exceptional management capabilities. The ideal candidate will excel in leveraging cybersecurity insights to provide tailored recommendations across diverse stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities:
- Orchestrate implementation and deployment of MXDR solutions, ensuring on-time delivery within budget.
- Cultivate strong client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact and understanding their needs.
- Possess and apply cybersecurity expertise, analyzing data to offer insightful client recommendations.
- Manage communication effectively across varied audiences and organizational levels.
- Collaborate internally for seamless customer experiences and technical issue resolution.
- Document processes and best practices for continual knowledge sharing and team efficiency.
- Drive long-term client success, participating in business development and strategic discussions for sustained impact.
- At least 2 years of experience in customer success, project management, or a similar role.
- Substantial knowledge of cybersecurity concepts, including XDR principles and functionalities.
- Highly proficient in English (written and spoken) – a must.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on deadlines.
- Highly analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to issue resolution.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Information security certificate from industry-leading organizations (e.g., CISSP, CISM, C-CISO, GSTRT).
- Experience in the cybersecurity industry or working with XDR solutions.
- Strong technical skills and understanding of network security, threat intelligence, and incident response.
