🚀 We're looking for an experienced and talented team player to join our team!
As a Customer Success Manager, you'll play a crucial role in each phase of the customer relations from sales to customer success. You'll work closely with our sales, product and R&D teams to analyze prospect requirements and deliver custom product demonstrations. You'll also be responsible for maintaining up-to-date customer support knowledge, market trends, technologies and competition landscape.

Responsibilities
- Liaise with partners and the internal R&D team to provide product feedback and resolve issues as required.
- Responsible for the implementation, On-boarding, configuration and commissioning of customer systems, and provision of on-going technical support and training.
- Provide technical advice and support to End users, Partners and Resellers.
- Lead and facilitate POC, events and demonstrations on physical and virtual (cloud) platforms.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup, onboarding support and guide the customer in the day to day actions.
- Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g. R&D, Product).
- Prepare accurate and timely analysis and feedback reports following partner engagements.
- Manage and facilitate partners and clients’ financial aspects.
- Helping with RFI’s, RFP’s and tenders’ requirements.
Requirements
- Proven experience with customer-facing roles involving both pre- and post-sale activities and must be fanatical about delivering a high level of technical support.
- Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Training, or similar role - advantage.
- Experience with Cloud based services - advantage.
- Strong knowledge of Cyber awareness products, educational content, and training- advantage.
- Excellent technical troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal.
- Self-motivated, team player, Excellent self-learning skills, ability and willingness to work independently and a high level of English proficiency are a MUST!
Full time position at Ra'anana, hybrid.
