Role Description and Requirements

This is a part-time remote role for an Information Technology Specialist. The IT Specialist will be responsible for network administration, troubleshooting, network security, and customer service on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

• Strong background in Information Technology and network administration
• Experience in troubleshooting and network security
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Certifications in network administration, network security, or related fields preferred
• Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure is a MUST
• Azure certifications (e.g., AZ-104, AZ-204, AZ-303/304) are highly preferred.

Read carefully: You will need to be available 24/7, even though you will only work 2-3 hours a day.
