As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Delta Galil, you will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent to support our business.

Areas Of Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various positions, from job requisition to candidate onboarding.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates, ensuring a high-quality candidate pipeline.
• Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and other talent acquisition partners.
• Work closely with managers across the organization to understand the unit needs and maximize the effectiveness of the recruitment process.
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• At least 3 years of proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
• Experience working in a global company – an advantage.
• Availability to get started immediately – an advantage.
