Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire recruitment process seamlessly, from sourcing and interviewing to assessment and offer management.
• Ensure a positive and efficient experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
• Utilize diverse sourcing methods, including LinkedIn, job boards, social media, referrals, community forums, meetups, professional conferences, webinars, and networking.
• Build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future opportunities.
• Craft a high-touch, positive candidate experience, making candidates feel valued and well-informed throughout their recruitment journey.
• Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, collaborating seamlessly across functions.
• Implement a data-driven recruitment strategy, using analytics and metrics to enhance decision-making and continuously improve processes.
• Lead employer branding initiatives to enhance our online presence, engagement, and following among potential candidates. Research advertising venues, develop effective ads and job postings, place approved advertisements accordingly, and monitor their effectiveness. Keep up to date on digital media trends and evaluate new opportunities.
• Research and participate in relevant career fairs, local job fairs, and professional events to support our brand and growth plan.
• Organize training events, including interview training and LinkedIn education and sourcing, fostering a culture of continuous learning within hiring teams.
  
  

• 3+ years of technical recruitment experience
• Proven experience in sourcing for a variety of roles, especially in R&D
• Expertise in developing short and long-term sourcing strategies
• Proficient in recruitment data analytics
• Fluent in English and Hebrew with content creation skills in both languages
• Strong knowledge and experience in leveraging social media channels
• Innovative and creative mindset- excellent research skills, staying ahead of industry changes and trends
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
