Atera is looking for an experienced Talent acquisition specialist to join us!

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Atera, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, collaborating closely with hiring managers and departments to identify and plan the hiring needs and to build the hiring process for each vacancy. You will work closely with HR business partners, talent acquisition team members and cross collaborate with partners across the organization.

What you’ll do:

• You will own several pipelines and partner with hiring managers to understand the hiring needs and build the right process for each position.
• You will own the connection with candidates from end to end, including initial conversations and engagements, HR interviews and offer negotiation.
• Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
• Collaboration: Work closely with HR colleagues, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on recruitment strategies, priorities, and goals.
• Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other relevant databases.
  
  

• At least 3 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or in a similar role in the high-tech industry.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and industry trends.
• Passion for creating a state of the art candidate experience for each vacancy.
• An open minded, hands-on approach to sourcing and engaging with top-tier candidates.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
• Results-oriented with a focus on delivering a positive candidate experience.
• A strong experience with HR interviews, reference calls and offer negotiation.
• A Data driven approach for recruitment.
