We are looking for A Senior Business Development Manager For an Outsourcing Company - To build and lead a partnership and large technology projects.
- Manage Partnership and maximum business potential
- Responsible for expanding the company's activities and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. This includes understanding their needs, identifying opportunities for additional services, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Oversees the entire process of negotiation and contracting with clients. This includes understanding the client's requirements, preparing and presenting proposals, negotiating terms and conditions, and finalizing contracts.
- Strong understanding of the technology outsourcing industry. This includes staying up to date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices. effectively communicate with clients and guide outsourcing opportunities and partnerships.
- Plays a crucial role in identifying potential partnership opportunities with clients. This involves understanding the client's business goals, identifying areas of collaboration, and fostering mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and retention is a key responsibility of the Customer Portfolio Manager. They monitor customer feedback, address any issues or concerns, and work closely with internal teams to deliver high-quality services and meet customer expectations.
Requirements:
- Academic Degree: A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or any other relevant field related to management.
- Experience in P&L Management and Project Leadership in the outsourcing field: Demonstrated experience in managing profit and loss (P&L) statements and successfully leading projects in the outsourcing industry.
- Understanding of Labor Laws, Contracts, and Business Agreements: Proficient knowledge and comprehension of employment laws, contracts, and business agreements related to outsourcing.
- Proven abilities in Opportunity Management and Business Development: Demonstrated track record in identifying business opportunities, from lead generation to full-scale business operations.
- Strong leadership and management skills: Proven ability to effectively manage and lead cross-functional teams, ensuring successful project delivery and business growth.
