You have fluent English and strong conversational Hebrew to communicate with Israelis and internationals, to give your opinion and listen to others in a collaborative environment.

This position requires being on-site in the Jerusalem office 4 days a week.

You will:

  • Act as a first point of contact and supporter all HR issues and inquiries
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute creative welfare initiatives
  • Own various aspects of the employee lifecycle for Israel employees, including but not limited to onboarding and offboarding
  • Manage accurate and discreet work with Workday HRIS system, and other HR related systems and data as required
  • Collaborate and partner with internal stakeholders such as: HRBPs, talent acquisition, payroll and operations teams, to identify, recommend, and implement continuous process improvements that will enhance our operations and employee experience
  • Initiate, coordinate and administer various employee welfare programs, including health and wellness initiatives, social activities, all-hands, HH and employee recognition events, various L&D programs include maintaining accurate records and reports related to employee programs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute creative welfare initiatives that align with the company's values and culture

You have:

  • 3+ years relevant experience, working in HR Operations including 2 years managing employee welfare programs or HR-related functions - required
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • A proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving and decision-making
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Metrics and data driven mindset
  • Excellent communication, Fluent in both English and Hebrew – a must
  • Tech savvy with great knowledge in MO Suite and Expert in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience from a Hi-tech or software a company - plus

It’s a bonus if you have

  • Worked with Workday HRIS system
  • Knowledge of IL employment laws will be an added advantage.
