Are you an experienced Recruiter looking to step into a broad HR role? 🚀
We are looking for a motivated HR Generalist to join our team in Ramla. If you have at least one year of experience in a recruitment agency and you're ready to grow within a dynamic corporate environment – this is the perfect next step for your career!
What will you do?- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full hiring cycle for both Headquarters (HQ) and Blue-Collar positions.
- Employee Life Cycle Management: From onboarding of new hires to professional offboarding processes.
- Attendance & Operations: Monitor attendance reports, handle HR forms, and ensure data integrity.
- Welfare & Training: Lead and execute company events, holiday toasts, and employee welfare initiatives. Coordinate training programs for new and existing staff.
- Experience in Recruitment: Minimum 1 year (Experience in Blue-Collar positions is a major plus) – Must.
- Interviewing Skills: Proven experience in conducting in-depth face-to-face interviews – Must.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office (Advanced Excel and Outlook). Knowledge of Nilosoft – a significant advantage.
- Social Media Sourcing: Experience in recruiting via social media platforms – an advantage.
Location: Ramla, Israel (On-site) Type: Full-time (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with flexibility)
