Human Resources Generalist

We are currently seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join our team and provide operational HR support with a strong focus on foreign employee’s management.

Key Responsibilities

• Request, monitor and manage work visas, including ongoing communication with the Population and Immigration Authority (PIBA) and external immigration lawyers;
• Manage health insurance policies for foreign employees in Israel, ensuring compliance with legal and contractual requirements;
• Maintain accurate employee documentation and records, ensuring proper registration, updates and data integrity;
• Act as a point of contact for employees, providing guidance and support on HR-related matters;
• Cooperate closely with internal teams to ensure effective support and integration of foreign workers;
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable labor and immigration regulations.

Profile & Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law or related field (preferred);
• Progressive People experience in a Generalist capacity, demonstrating expertise across all core People functions.
•  Deep knowledge of Israeli labor law and regulatory .
•  Previous experience in HR administration, ideally with foreign workers or international environments;
• Knowledge of work visa processes in Israel (PIBA) is a strong advantage;
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders;
• Fluency in English is required (Hebrew and/or Spanish are an advantage);
• Proactive, autonomous and solution-oriented profile, with a strong focus on results.
