Intetics Inc. is a leading American technology company providing custom software application development, distributed professional teams creation, software product quality assessment, and “all-things-digital” solutions, is looking for an Atlassian Specialist to enrich its team with a skilled professional.

The Atlassian Specialist will be responsible for implementing and supporting the EazyBi platform based on Jira. This role involves managing user access, creating and customizing workflows, assisting with configuration and optimization, troubleshooting issues, and providing technical support to the development teams.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in administering and managing Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket)
• Experience with EazyBI
• Strong knowledge of workflows, user management, and permission schemes in Atlassian tools
• Experience with customizing and configuring Atlassian tools to meet the needs of teams and projects
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Atlassian tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
• Atlassian certifications (e.g., Jira Administrator, Confluence Administrator) are a plus
