About the Role:

Are you ready to be part of a data-driven transformation that's changing the game for contact centers? Curve Tech is searching for a Data Analyst to join our innovative data team. As a Data Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in our ongoing mission to develop an advanced analytic pipeline capable of handling diverse data types and forms without manual intervention. Your expertise in advanced analytics will help provide predictive insights that drive business growth.

To excel in our team, you'll need to be a skilled data analyst with a deep understanding of the business questions that contact centers face.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Dashboard Design and Management: Create, implement, and maintain customized dashboards and other business intelligence (BI) platforms for our valued customers.

• Data-Driven Insights: Apply advanced quantitative analysis techniques to present data in a way that goes beyond the numbers, revealing how our users interact with our growth product.

• Data Automation Mastery: Lead the charge in automating data collection procedures and streamlining the post-processing of structured and unstructured data.

• In-Depth Data Exploration: Dive headfirst into vast datasets to unearth hidden insights and generate actionable recommendations.

• Alignment with Business Strategy: Contribute to the realization of our business vision and strategy in line with the product innovation roadmap.

• Collaborative Partner: Work closely with data science, product, engineering, and UX/UI teams to deliver user-friendly, informative analytical interfaces.

Requirements:

• Proven Expertise : 5 years of rock-solid experience as a Data Analyst.

• Proven Expertise : 5 years of rock-solid experience in Python .

• Educational Foundation: A bachelor's degree (BA/B.Sc.) in a field emphasizing statistical and analytical skills, such as industrial engineering, statistics, math, economics, or an equivalent field.

• SQL Expertise: SQL is your second language, and you're a true master of it.

• BI Proficiency: You have at least 2 years of proven experience with BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, etc.

• Data Mining and Insight Generation: You're adept at extracting insights from extensive datasets, with a strong background in applied descriptive statistics.

• Data-Driven Personality: Your personality leans toward data, and you're a natural problem-solver with an analytical mindset.

• Team Player: You're an excellent communicator and presenter, capable of engaging effectively with both tech and non-tech colleagues.

• Language Skills: You're fluent in English, both in writing and verbally.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Contact Center Experience: Previous experience working in contact centers is a big plus.

• Advanced Degree: An advanced degree in a relevant field is a bonus.
