Rapyd is looking for a Revenue Operations and Enablement Manager
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain program plans & charters, including defining project goals, milestones, deliverables, and resources for training programs
- Own the end-to-end success of your enablement programs, including development, implementation, scalability, and continuous change.
- Establish ongoing cross-functional collaboration with the broader enablement team, Product Managers, Product Marketing Managers, and other teams to ensure enablement is executed promptly with the required technical and business depth.
- Perform regular needs analysis with stakeholders to identify knowledge, and skill gaps and create technical training programs to address those gaps globally.
- Define and track metrics to measure and report on the effectiveness of the program investments and periodically evaluate and improve programs based on feedback
- Ensuring that our global revenue leadership and soft skills enablement program supports the goals and sales methodology.
- Providing coaching and feedback to new and existing revenue leaders, sellers and partners.
- Content creation - You love to create, document and deliver on all type of content.
Requirements:
- Program management or training experience - A MUST.
- Ability to manage complex requirements and conflicting priorities
- Proven history of aligning cross-functional teams with varied goals and objectives.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and affect change without having positional authority.
- Solid understanding of the enablement and training processes and how to evangelize and roll out the programs effectively across the organization.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and facilitation skill
- Hands On mentality, Go gather mindset.
- Able to get results in a highly ambiguous environment.
