With seamless integration into existing infrastructure, AirEye Dome eliminates the need for architectural changes and messy integrations. The team is located in Tel Aviv District, Israel.

Role Description

As the Customer Success Leader at AirEye, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Tel Aviv District, Israel. You will manage a team of customer success specialists and work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, support, and product, to deliver excellent post-sales customer service and support.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer success or account management in the SaaS industry
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Experience in analyzing customer data to identify key pain points and develop effective strategies to address them
• Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree or higher in business, marketing, or a related field
• Fluent in English and Hebrew
