IT Specialist - Priority ERP/CRM Implementation & Project Management

Cardo Systems, the global market leader in the field of wireless communication systems for motorcycle & ski helmets, is looking for an experienced IT Specialist (Priority ERP/CRM Implementation & Project Management) to join its IT team. Full-time on-site position in the company's offices at Raa'nana, reporting to the IT Director.

Job Description:

The IT Specialist will be responsible for implementing and managing the Priority ERP and CRM platforms.

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and identify opportunities for process improvements using ERP and CRM technologies.

You will also be responsible for IT-related project planning, including developing project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Implement and manage ERP and CRM systems
• Work with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and identify process improvement opportunities.
• Plan and execute ERP and CRM projects, including developing project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders
• Provide technical support for ERP and CRM systems
• Continuously monitor and optimize system performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology/ industrial engineering/ Computer Science.
• 3-5 years of experience in Priority ERP implementation - must
• Experience in CRM maintenance and business processes support
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
• Experience with SQL and database management is a plus
