XM’s HR Team is looking for an experienced Global Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team.

You will be responsible for…

• Full lifecycle recruiting: Managing an entire recruitment process end to end, from the position definition to onboarding.
• Partnering directly with hiring managers to understand their team's hiring needs and team dynamics.
• Source talent through deep internet research, networking, competitive intelligence gathering, employee and candidate referrals.
• Consistently generate a healthy pipeline of high-quality candidates through creative sourcing techniques.
• Manage candidates in the process and provide them with a standout talent experience.
• Create, manage, and improve recruiting processes
  
  

• 2-4 years of experience as a global recruiter in high-tech companies -Must
• Experience in conducting in-depth global interviews on a remote basic- Must
• Knowledge in global labor law-Advantage
• Proven track record of successfully identifying and hiring exceptional candidates in high-growth environments.
• Experience in managing an End to End process.
• Experience in developing, constructing, and using various sourcing tools and developing candidates' pipelines.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Fluent English ( mother tongue- big advantage).
