Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist

A venture-backed cybersecurity startup in Tel Aviv is building a new category in cyber defense. The company is expanding ahead of its planned Series A, with an AI-driven product and a team that values ownership, speed and practical problem-solving. Join a cyber startup at a stage where every hire counts. You'll partner directly with leaders, own searches from start to finish and help build the recruiting foundations for the next phase of growth.

What You'll Do

• Lead full-cycle recruitment across engineering, product, cyber research and commercial roles.
• Source and engage hard-to-reach talent, run effective hiring processes and manage offers.
• Partner with hiring managers, maintain strong candidate communication and improve recruitment systems and reporting.
  
  

• Full-cycle recruiting experience with cybersecurity companies or candidates from intelligence and technology units.
• Proven hands-on sourcing ability across technical roles, with strong stakeholder management.
• Fluent Hebrew and English, excellent follow-through and comfort with a fast-changing hiring plan.
