We are hiring a Sales Operations Specialist with 3-4 years of Salesforce and sales operations experience. This role entails managing the deal room, working with cross-functional teams to support the sales team, and providing worldwide operations support. The ideal candidate must be hands-on, able to work independently, and possess strong organizational skills. Reporting to the Head of Revenue Operations.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the deal room and ensure that all deals are properly documented and tracked.
- Manage and maintain the sales pipeline in Salesforce, ensuring that all opportunities are accurately reflected.
- Analyze sales data in Salesforce to identify trends and provide insights to the sales team and leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, legal, and finance, to ensure the sales team has the necessary resources to meet their targets.
- Create and maintain reports in Salesforce that provide visibility into the sales process, including pipeline status, deal progression, and win/loss rates.
- Train new sales team members on the sales process and use of Salesforce and the deal room.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Sales or a related field.
6-7 years of experience in Salesforce and sales operations or a related role.
Experience managing a deal room or sales pipeline.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Experience with data analysis and reporting using Excel, Tableau or similar tools.
Understanding of sales processes and best practices.
