Sales Operations Specialist

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Sales Operations Specialist / Expert to support end‑to‑end sales processes and ensure accurate, reliable pipeline data in a global environment.

What you’ll do

• Manage and maintain sales pipeline data in the CRM
• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and ongoing data hygiene
• Prepare pipeline, forecast, and sales performance reports
• Support pipeline reviews and management reporting
• Work closely with Sales, Finance, and global stakeholders
• Provide ongoing guidance and support to sales teams on CRM usage and processes

What we’re looking for

• Experience working with CRM systems in a B2B environment
• Strong data orientation with high attention to detail
• High proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office tools
• Excellent English communication skills, written and spoken
• Ability to work across multiple interfaces in a global organization

Nice to have

• Experience with Priority ERP
• 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Support, or Revenue Operations
• Experience supporting forecasting and pipeline review processes
• Spanish proficiency
