HRBP – Temporary Position

We are looking for an HRBP to join our team to cover maternity leave. As an HRBP you will be responsible for creating and delivering HR solutions and collaborating with managers and employees to promote and facilitate an optimal work environment, implementing best HR practices and driving results. You will also manage the recruiting team in Israel.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships and be a partner strategically who work closely with the business leaders and other local and global HR Directors.
• Provide HR guidance and consultation for managers and be a trusted advisor to our mid-senior management team, coaching on managerial issues as well as all aspects of HR.
• Implement HR programs and policies, aligned with business strategy and priorities.
• Supervising the recruiting team in Israel and empower the team to success, implementing excellent standards for execution for optimal candidate experience.
• Understand the business and its challenges in order to help address the organization and people's needs.
• Proactively identify organizational needs and offer HR solutions & insights.
• Support employees during their life cycles (onboarding, offboarding, life events etc.) and work closely with them to promote productive work relationships, build motivation and increase engagement, commitment, and retention.
• Partner with various HR Functions in order to ensure successful support of the business units in various ways.
• Manages and leads priority projects that support organization-wide transformation initiatives.
• Identifies the need for new or improved HR processes and drives the development and implementation of those processes.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner in large-scale global organizations, with the ability to thrive in a rapidly expanding and dynamic environment.
• Previous management experience and experience in leading end-to-end recruitment processes
• Strong knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
• Experience partnering with managers of all levels to deliver HR solutions is preferred.
• Strong consulting, coaching, communication and influencing skills with proven ability to position as a trusted partner.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Hebrew.
