Customer Success Manager- Digital health

Customer Success Manager To a unique medical device company that develops solutions for remote patient monitoring,

to establish a trusting relationship with our customers. You will manage the entire post-sale customer lifecycle, from managing the product implementation & customer onboarding, to providing value throughout the relationship with the customers.

The position is based in Petach Tikva.

Reporting to the CEO, you will:

🔹Develop and maintain customer relationships.

🔹Monitor and optimize the customer’s experience to exceed expectations and deliver meaningful result.

🔹Provide ongoing product training for customers within client portfolio.

🔹Maintain current awareness and understanding of industry trends, technical developments, and regulations that may impact revenue.

🔹Effectively communicate customer needs and expectations internally (voice of customer).

🔹Develop the go-to-marketing strategy for the post-sale customer journey.

🔹Work cross-functionally with business development, technical, R&D and clinical teams to design an exceptional customer experience with real time feedback, proactive communication, speedy resolution to issues, and orchestration across stakeholders.

🔹Hold retrospectives and solicit customer feedback to continually optimize our processes and products.

🔹Develop and iterate on an all-team manual for customer engagement.

🔹Maintain accurate records and document all customer success activities and discussions.

Requirements:

🔹Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Customer Success, in healthcare /or equivalent roles digital health -MUST

🔹English speaker with excellent written and verbal skills

🔹Excellent oral and written communication skills including formal presentation skills before both small and large groups

🔹Experience researching, diagnosing, and resolving customer problems to overcome issues.

🔹Strong time and project management skills and multi-tasking capability.

🔹Exceptional interpersonal skills

🔹A team player and great communicator, comfortable working with multiple interfaces simultaneously

🔹Bachelor’s degree.

🔹Willingness to travel (~30%)
