Affiliate Partnerships Manager

Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Senior Affiliate Partnerships Manager to join our team at Fiverr. As an Affiliate Manager, you will play a key role in developing and managing our affiliate marketing program. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with affiliate partners, monitoring results, and optimizing performance to maximize revenue. In addition, you will contribute to the overall strategic development of the affiliate program, fostering innovation and translating business opportunities into strategic growth initiatives.

Our work model is hybrid, combining remote and on-site work. This allows us to get things done when and where we are most productive.

WHAT AM I GOING TO DO?

• Recruit and onboard new affiliates to the Fiverr program; build strong relationships with existing affiliates and work with them to optimize and grow their campaigns.
• Monitor performance on the partner and program level; analyze trends and opportunities and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
• Design data dashboards on Salesforce and Tableau.
• Conduct strategic work to establish the long-term vision and goals of the affiliate program; implement strategic initiatives and projects to grow and develop it.
• Improve operational efficiency by developing infrastructure, automating processes, and integrating AI into our activity.
  
  

Requirements

• 6+ years experience in Affiliate Marketing or Partnerships, working for a global product company in the online industry - a must.
• Analytical mindset, proficiency in using data to make informed decisions.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and the online industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to build and maintain relationships with partners and internal cross-department stakeholders.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent English.
• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in marketing, business, or related field.
