Information Technology Specialist

As an IT specialist, your primary responsibility will be to plan and construct professional, efficient, high-end, and secure network solutions tailored to our company's products. You will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless communication with our customers' IT and support teams, traveling to various sites for installations and maintenance, and assessing the impact of IT Global projects that require implementation on customer sites.

Scope of work

• Plan and build professional, efficient, high-end, secured network solutions for the company’s products.
• Communicate with customer’s IT and support teams.
• Travel to sites for installations and maintenance.
• Accountable and responsible to assess impact of IT Global projects that require implementation on customer sites.
• Advise business leaders on the implications of IT-enabled change and work with the business to mitigate risk and deliver a positive customer experience.

Requirements

• Experience in systems architecture, systems administration, and monitoring
• Troubleshooting in a Unix environment.
• Knowledge of network setup, firewalls, VPNs, sites’ certificates, etc.
• Knowledge of network measurements, packet drops, bandwidth management, etc.
• Willing to travel to sites overseas and be part of the installation team owning the network setup on site.
• A team player with strong communication skills
• Fluent English: Speaking and writing
