The Opportunity:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled QA Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on ensuring the quality and reliability of our cutting-edge AI products, with a special emphasis on large language models (LLMs) and natural language processing (NLP) technologies.

Responsibilities::

• Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality of AI-driven products, particularly in LLMs and NLP.
• Work closely with the development team to identify, report, and track software defects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive testing coverage.
• Participate in the product design process to understand and influence technical decisions.
• Analyze test results, identify areas of improvement, and provide detailed reports.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in AI, LLMs, and NLP.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 2-3 years of experience in software quality assurance.
• Proven experience in testing AI-based products, especially LLMs and NLP
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and cases.
• Proficiency in a programming language such as Python - Advantage
• Experience with machine learning frameworks and technologies- Advantage
• Familiarity with natural language processing tools and techniques- Advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Passion for AI technology and its potential applications
