Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Success Manager in our Ramat Gan office. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by building relationships, providing exceptional customer service, analyzing customer data to improve retention, and contributing to the growth of our clients' mobile apps.

Qualifications

• Strong customer satisfaction and relationship building skills
• Excellent analytical skills to analyze customer data to improve retention
• Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Experience in mobile marketing or app development is a plus
