RTB Technical Customer Success Manager

Founded in 2005, Mars Media Group, a leader in performance marketing, is looking for an energetic RTB CSM to join our Programmatic team and help fuel the next phase of the company’s growth.

We’re looking for a highly motivated, self-starter who is passionate about the AdTech ecosystem and is eager to grow and shape our strategy and future. Come and join our leading, technological Programmatic team!

In this role, you will be working on a proprietary sophisticated programmatic platform and will be a primary contact person to our Supply and Demand partners. You will be responsible for ensuring Mars exceeds the partner expectations. Rigorous performance analyses, cross-functional project management and industry event attendance, CSMs act and are seen as programmatic specialists and advisors who achieve results.​

Desired Skills and Experience:​

• English as mother tongue level – Must.
• Technological degree - Must.
• Experience in programmatic monetization - Advantage.
• Programmatic basic knowledge and relevant industry trends - Advantage.
• Strong presentation skills and experience working with Excel
