About Riverside

As an IT Lead at Riverside, you will support our information technology (IT) systems and users, install computer systems and software, and maintain computer network security and connectivity.

You will be the focal person and thought leader for all software and hardware related topics at Riverside globally. This is a one man show with a huge impact on the whole company.

What will you actually do?

• Build and maintain an IT infrastructure at Riverside’s Tel Aviv location
• Provide IT support, training, and orientation for new technology users
• Set up automatic enforcement of security policies
• Offer troubleshooting and repair when IT equipment or networks malfunction
• Work with our vendors for equipment purchasing and malfunctions/ replacements.
• Provide video, phone or in-person daily support to our employees globally
• Work with the organization on strategic IT projects such as office relocations and internet optimization.
• Support any peripheral IT equipment, like video conferencing and meeting rooms
• Manage software and hardware purchasing and inventory processes
• Handle IT Onboarding and Offboarding
• Introduce and maintain information security through controlled hardware or software such as MDM and anti-malware solutions
• Follow and support emergency plans for equipment, power, or security failures when necessary and protects data and security
• Advance knowledge of current technology and support solutions by attending workshops and continuing education courses

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree / Certificate in IT, Networks or a Related Field
• 3+ years of experience in IT support
• Advanced troubleshooting capabilities with MacOS, network equipment, SaaS integrations
• Familiarity with remote desktop tools, VPN, and anti-virus software
• Experience working with third-party hardware and software vendors
• Experience with network protocols, DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP
• A critical thinker
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
• Excellent Written and Verbal Communication in Hebrew and English
• Patience, attention to detail, ability to work under pressure
• Self starter, driven and excited about new challenges
