Customer Success Manager

Responsibilities:

• Build & grow strong relationships with strategic publisher partners in order to grow revenue in order to reach goals
• Assist in the technical aspects of Publisher integration (both new and ongoing) by providing necessary technical guidance
• Manage the preparation and presentation of performance reports and quarterly business reviews to support growth opportunities and recommendations further
• Be a field advocate and communicate client needs to the Product team
• Represent Start.io in industry conferences.

Requirements:

• BA/BSc degree in a relevant field
• Minimum of 2-3 years experience in digital advertising
• Knowledge in the programmatic advertising landscape – DSPs, SSPs, exchanges
• Strong analytical and Operational skills
• Ability to perform programmatic investigation
• Ability to multitask and handle various priorities, good prioritization skills; detail-oriented with an ability to see the bigger picture
• Self-motivator and goal-oriented; team player with a ‘Can-Do attitude’;
• Ability to work independently, multi-task, and problem-solve
• Excellent communication skills - written and verbal in both English and Hebrew
