About You

We’re seeking a flexible and curious Senior Account Executive to join our Employee Experience team in London, UK. As part of our dynamic team, you’ll contribute to the success of several major accounts across a variety of sectors. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in one or more of the following: internal communications, organisational communications, change communications, culture communications, employee engagement.

Our expertise includes:

• Creating and telling a consistent, change story that employees understand, support and feel proud to share with others
• Developing transformation strategies that help leaders and managers engage their teams with authenticity, credibility and consistency
• Designing and execution of Employee Value Proposition/Employer Branding programmes
• Identifying communication channels to ensure messages reach employees in the most effective, appropriate and timely way
• Delivering culture communications including vision values, purpose design and implementation
• Managing large-scale transaction support often caused by restructuring, mergers, acquisitions or divestitures
  
  

Working in a growing team of 10 specialists, the successful candidate will work closely with both Edelman’s Employee Experience team and the wider agency. They will provide support on projects and marketing activity, manage client projects, liaise with clients on a day-to-day basis and deliver outstanding employee communications project work.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• You’ll contribute to employee engagement projects for large, global brands and apply change management process and principles to our work in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities will include:
• Executing client deliverables for large scale projects supported with rigorous project management
• Developing plans, tools and templates to contribute to clients’ communications effectiveness
• Producing creative, compelling content across a range of communication channels
• Supporting senior colleagues in the delivery and management of consulting assignments
• Managing and developing client relationships, exhibiting best practice in client handling
• Assisting with sales activities including developing proposals and pitches and presenting these to clients
  
  

More specifically, we’re looking for you to have:

• Proven track record in corporate communications with a preference for experience in internal/workforce communications, organisational communications, change communications, Diversity and Inclusion (D&I), culture communications, employee engagement, talent acquisition and/or frontline communications.
• Experience with digital/social platforms focused on workforce applications and implementation (e.g., internal-facing mobile apps, social/collaboration platforms, internal messaging platforms, etc).
• Superior writing, editing and presentation-development skills
• Project management and consultative skills, including effective questioning and critical thinking.
• Ability to draft strategic client-facing deliverables and proposals.
• Ability to perform well under pressure and manage competing priorities.
• Passion for client service and teamwork.
• Commitment to advancing the vision of the Edelman Employee Experience practice and Corporate and Advisory Services group both internally and externally.
• A bachelor's degree in a related field.
