Key responsibilities:

• Take meaningful part by leading full- cycle recruitment processes in our hyper-growth company.
• Manage hiring practices and procedures (plan the recruitment workflow, design job descriptions, create amazing candidate experience, perform screening calls and in depth interviews, develop sourcing tools etc.)
• Build and maintain an active pipeline of candidates by using diverse channels to attract the best potential talents.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand the business needs and become a true partner that leverage the recruiting strategy.
• Be an ambassador for our culture and play a major role in achieving the company’s growth goals!
• Take ownership over various projects and initiatives.
  
  

• At least 5 years hands-on experience in a similar role at a rapidly growing hi- tech company.
• Proven knowledge and experience in technological recruitments of top tech talents.
• Experience in a global and multicultural environment.
• Ability to serve as a knowledgeable resource to the executive management team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Hebrew and English- Must
• Proactive, highly organized, detail-oriented, analytical and a problem-solver
  
  

• Proven experience from a Startup company.
• Experience in global hiring.
• Proven experience working with ATS and other HR systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Behavioral studies or similar.
