a global SaaS company is looking for a Client Success Manager to join our CSM team and act as a primary business contact for our international clients
What's the Job?
End to end client management, from integration, defining mutual objectives, analyzing the performance, optimizing and reporting.
Managing collaborations with various clients and ensuring their satisfaction and having strong and constant communication.
Constantly seeking for up sale opportunities with current clients- new media channels, additional territories, different business models.
Working closely with the Media and Product departments to reach revenue targets and business objectives while aiming for delivering the best results for each client.
Requirements:
At least 4 years of Client Management experience in the industry .
experience of global b2b client management
Team worker with a "can do" approach.
Knowledge of the AdTech eco system - Advantage.
Strong analytical skills along with a creative mindset.
English - Full Professional proficiency
Additional languages - Advantage.
Proven experience working with B2B international clients at large scale.
B.A. in Business Management/ Economics/ Communications/ or any other related field.
