We are looking for a Technical Customer Success Manager to provide cloud-level and on-premises excellent support to our customers.

In this role you will work closely with customers, partners, R&D and Customer Success teams. You will help to lead the deployment while gaining experience and becoming an expert with the security products of the leading vendor in the Cyber Security industry.

Your Impact & Responsibilities

Your Knowledge & Skills

• 6+ years of experience- at least 2 years of experience as Customer Success Manager/Technical Professional Services
• Networking experience – Must
• Security experience – Must
• Hands-on passionate in nature
• Natural “Can Do” approach and high level of assertiveness
• Passion for a constant self-challenge, learning and development
• Strong verbal and written English and excellent interpersonal skills
