Responsibilities:

Full life cycle recruiting while having ownership of the process for the respected pipelines.

Partnering closely with Hiring Managers throughout the recruitment life cycle.

Consistently generate a healthy pipeline of high-quality candidates through different channels ( DBs, internet research, networking, referrals etc.)

Conducing in-depth F2F interviews.

Managing candidates in process while providing them with a standout experience.

Requirements:

3+ years of relevant in-house recruiting and sourcing experience–Must.

• Proven track record of successfully identifying and hiring exceptional candidates in high growth environments.
  
  

• Experience working with data to influence decision making, prioritization and process improvements.
• Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)--experience with Comeet/GreenHouse - Advantage.
