The next critical step in our trajectory is adding to our world-class team, and that’s where you come in.As a Senior IT Specialist at Pontera, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support, managing IT infrastructure, and ensuring seamless IT operations across our US and IL sites.Responsibilities

• Network Management: Ensure robust connectivity across our US and IL sites; maintain wired/Wi-Fi networks.
• Technical Support: Efficiently handle IT issues via a ticketing system; manage cloud-based VDI Amazon Workspace; oversee our SaaS suite.
• Endpoint Management: Utilize MDM for endpoints; refine onboarding/offboarding with ABM and Intune Autopilot.
• System Maintenance: Oversee OS, collaborate on security operations; integrate applications with Single Sign-On (SSO).
• License & Inventory: Monitor software licenses/tools; maintain hardware/software inventory.
• Security and Compliance: Manage firewalls, EDR solutions, and uphold stringent security measures.

• 5 years of IT experience.
• Expertise in firewalls, Google Workspace, MS365, MacOS, and Windows 10/11.
• Certifications in Networking, Microsoft (e.g., MCSE), or Google (e.g., Associate Cloud Engineer) a plus.
• Excellent communication in English.
• Proactive, self-managing, and committed.
