Customer Success Manager

By connecting advertisers and publishers across multiple channels, the company offers exceptional performance and results at scale. Its in-house ad exchange technology enables its partners to achieve consistently high-quality ad placements that outperform industry benchmarks.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and support a group of mobile app developers and external agencies.
• Lead online campaigns and rigorously assess their effectiveness.
• Utilize data-driven insights to analyze and improve campaign results, providing valuable recommendations for optimizing returns.
• Handle the technical implementation and execution of campaigns to ensure seamless operations.
• Play an active role in business development efforts.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in the AdTech industry, preferably as a Customer Success Manager (CSM).
• Exceptional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in data analysis and Excel, with the capacity to derive actionable insights from data.
• Strong presentation skills to effectively communicate ideas and findings.
• Capability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
