Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Center District, Israel for an Information Technology Specialist. The Information Technology Specialist will be responsible for network administration, troubleshooting, network security, customer service, and other IT-related tasks.

Qualifications

• Network Administration and Information Technology skills
• Troubleshooting and Network Security skills
• Customer Service skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office
• Experience with network infrastructure, firewalls, and VPN
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Microsoft certifications such as MCSE, MCP, and MCSA are a plus
