Global Learning & Organizational Development Partner

Job Description

• Lead complex, and strategic global organizational development projects E2E with partners inside and outside of Wix, according to business focuses
• Build relationships and provide consulting to multiple stakeholders at all organizational levels
• Work in a close partnership with HR business partners to support organic initiatives
• Choose and implement platforms and systems to enable great user experience
• Deliver and facilitate group learning sessions
• Raise the bar for our learning and personal growth experience, by measuring impact and getting feedback from employees and managers to work out areas for improvement
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Experienced OD professional with 10+ years of experience leading global learning and organizational development initiatives in a high-tech or similarly fast-paced environment
• Passionate about all aspects of organizational development and comfortable using creativity and experience to build tailor-made development programs with multiple tools and methods
• Familiar with traditional methodologies but able to constantly challenge them and come up with new ideas and implementation practices
• Substantial experience and knowledge of modern learning and development program design, execution, and implementation
• Able to see and think beyond traditional learning experiences
• Thrive in a disruptive environment and able to adjust and personalize work for unique teams and individuals
• Comfortable delivering and facilitating learning sessions for people from different backgrounds
• Quick learner who always keeps an open mind and willingness to be challenged.
