We are hiring a Training and Organizational Development Manager + Human Resources Business Partner.

Responsibilities:

• Planning and executing an annual training program and implementing organizational development initiatives.

• HR business partner of select headquarters departments.

Requirements:

• B.Sc. University graduate in the field of behavioral sciences. Preferably with a master's degree in behavioral sciences/work studies.

• At least 3 years’ experience in training management and organizational development in a high-tech company

• Organizational and execution abilities, and hands-on experience

• High level of written and spoken English to communicate with people abroad

• Experience with conducting professional interviews and consulting employees and managers

The position is non-managerial and will report to the VP of Human Resources.
