Product Analytics Team Lead

Qualifications To Apply This Role

• 5+ years of experience in product analytics, with a track record of delivering actionable insights and recommendations
• Minimum 3 years experience leading and mentoring a team of product analysts (4-5 analysts), with a focus on developing talent and driving results
• Experience in mentoring and helping others reach their full potential. Passion for supporting and empowering team members by providing guidance, constructive feedback, and creating opportunities for professional development
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear and actionable insights
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders and influence decision-making through data
• An ability to understand complex ideas and simplify it to relevant stakeholders
• Strong SQL skills, with experience querying large and complex data sets
• Experience with data visualization and dashboarding tools (e.g. Tableau, Looker, etc.)
• Experience in data modeling, ETL development, and data warehousing
• Experience in fast-paced, high-intensity work environment
• B.S in one of the following: Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
  
  

How your day is going to look, what you will be doing?

• Build, onboard and lead a team of product analysts, providing mentorship, guidance, and performance management
• Work cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, designers, and other stakeholders to prioritize and solve complex business problems
• Develop and maintain an analytics roadmap, identifying and prioritizing the most impactful analyses and experiments
• Develop and maintain analytical metrics, ensuring they are relevant for the business, accurate and meaningful for measuring product performance
• Conduct analyses and experiments to learn user’s behavior and identify trends and opportunities for improving the product experience
• Communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner, using data to influence product strategy and decision-making

Melio's Analytics department plays a critical role in driving the company's growth and success. The team is responsible for analyzing data to help make data-driven decisions, providing insights and recommendations that help drive innovation and improve customer satisfaction.

Each analyst is assigned to a squad and works on a different part of the product.
