Affiliate Regional Manager

iFor Fintech is a leading fintech development company. We are looking for an experienced Affiliate Regional Manager to join our Marketing team.

Responsibilities:
• Research, identify, negotiate, and recruit new affiliate partners worldwide
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with affiliates
• Manage, monitor, and analyze affiliate performance on a daily basis
• Optimize affiliate activity, traffic quality, and conversion performance
• Evaluate and improve affiliate offers on both individual and overall levels
• Provide ongoing support, guidance, and creative solutions to affiliates
• Motivate affiliates to increase high-quality and valuable traffic
• Collaborate closely with internal marketing and performance teams

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Affiliate Manager in an online company
such as Forex/Gambling
• Proven experience in recruiting and managing affiliates
• Professional working proficiency in English - a must
• Additional languages is a must: Spanish / Arabic/ Hindi
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and performance-oriented
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of the industry and stay up to date with innovations in
order to initiate and develop new ideas.
