Role Description

This is a remote contract role for a Vulnerability Assessment and Penetrating Testing Engineer. The engineer will be responsible for conducting vulnerability assessments and penetration testing activities on various systems and networks. The day-to-day tasks will include executing test cases, performing functional testing, and providing comprehensive reports on findings and recommendations for remediation.

Qualifications

• Test Engineering and Test Execution skills
• Experience in creating and executing test cases
• Knowledge of various types of testing, including functional testing
• Understanding of vulnerability assessment and penetration testing methodologies
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Relevant certifications in cyber security or penetration testing
