Red Team Specialist

Job Description:

• Planning and leading end-to-end Red Team exercises in internal and external environments
• Performing Adversary Emulation according to the tactics, techniques, and procedures of attack groups
• Responsibility for advanced penetration testing of infrastructures, cloud environments, and applications
• Evaluating the effectiveness of EDR/XDR mechanisms and the detection capabilities of defense systems
• Performing Post Exploitation, Lateral Movement, and Privilege Escalation as part of advanced attack simulations
• Ongoing collaboration with SOC, IR, and Blue Team teams for continuous improvement of defense capabilities

Job Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in the Offensive Security field
• Proven experience in performing Red Team Operations in complex environments
• Proficiency in Active Directory attacks and attack scenarios in identity environments
• Practical experience working in Windows and Linux environments
• Experience in Azure and Entra ID environments
• Proficiency in PowerShell and Python for automation and development purposes
• In-depth knowledge of the MITRE ATT&CK Framework
